✦ You may only request major revisions in the sketching stage and NOT the lineart/colouring/shading stage, UNLESS a major misunderstanding has been made on my part.✦ I may decline to work on any commission for any reason.✦ I will be transparent about any any delays that may happen, such as any personal issues coming up unexpectedly.

As the Artist

✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.✦ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)✦ Unless stated otherwise, I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

You, the Commissioner

✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.✦ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)✦ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.✦ You agree to NOT hold me (the artist) liable for any errors, mistakes, or grievances that might arise from the use of the illustrations.✦ You may NOT use my art for the purposes of making NFTs, training generative AI, and/or any other similar purposes.

Cancellations and Refunds

✦ If for any reason I am unable to begin working on your commission, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, NO REFUNDS are allowed after work has commenced.✦ If you cancel your order before I’ve started, you can get a full refund.✦ The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission’s price. You will then receive the work as is.✦ If the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the commissioner can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.

More Info for OC Commissions

If you’d like to commission an illustration of your OC, please provide as many references as possible for them! (This goes for every commission as well)If you don’t have a full reference sheet for them, that’s okay! The illustration you use for them will do, along with any extra outfit references! I unfortunately won’t be able to use just descriptions to illustrate your character.

How to Commission Me!

1. Fill up this Google Form!

2. If I accept your commission request, I'll send you an e-mail and a Whatsapp message informing you that I've accepted your commission, along with the price!

3. Once you've paid the cost, I will immediately begin work on the commission! Once I complete a sketch, I will send it to you and you'll be able to request any revisions or changes that should be made.

4. If any changes are to be made, I'll redo the sketch as requested and send the revised sketch back! These steps can be repeated as needed, although too many big revisions will cost extra.

5. Once the commission sketch is ready to go, I'll begin working on the lineart (as well as the colours and shading if required)! No major revisions are allowed past this point.

6. When I have officially completed your commission, I'll send it over through Whatsapp (and e-mail if requested)! You may request any minor additions or changes to be added.
